這是一份由台灣籍方及受委任的美國律師共同填寫完成

說明: G-28 這份表格是申請人告訴 USCIS 說我已經委任律師要介入我的移民申請案件了，讓 USCIS 做好準備，可以把這份表格視為一種存證信函或法律代表委任告知

重要事項

1. 自 2020/06/23 起，USCIS  要求所有的申請人在填寫任何移民局的表格時，除非表格上有註明 '' Optional '' 或 '' If Applicable/Any '' ，不然所有的空格都必須填寫且禁止留空，如該項目對申請人不適用時請一律填入 '' None '' 或 '' N/A ''

2. 自 2020/09/05 起，所有 USCIS 表格如需要手寫的部分 (例如; 簽名或需靠手寫填上者)，一律只能使用黑色原子筆(black ink)，未來使用藍色原子筆(blue ink)或鉛筆者會直接退件

1a. I am attorney eligible to practice law in, and a member in goos standing of, the bar of the highest courts of the following states, possesions, territores, commonwealths, or the District of Columbia. If you need extra space to complete this section, use the space provided in Part6. Additonal Information: 指的是該名律師有通過美國的律師考試，並有在美國的律師公會註冊會員的律師

Licensing Authority: 填入律師執照的核發公會

1b. Bar Number: 填入律師公會會員號

說明: 身為法學院的畢業生，還好大一時有些修過 「 英美法導論 」 這門課，所以對美國的律師制度有所了解，請允許我在這邊解釋一下 1a-1b 的意思。由於美國是聯邦制國家，因此舉辦律師考試和核發律師執照是屬於州政府的權限而非聯邦政府，換句話說50個州=50個律師公會=50場律師考試=50張律師執照，原則上一名美國律師想要在該州執業的話就必須取得該州的律師執照並完成公會註冊才能執業，但是該項限制卻不適用在移民法業務上，移民法業務所以唯一允許跨州執業的業務。惟大部分的美國律師為了增加就業機會都至少會有2-4個州的律師執照和律師公會會員資格，因此這裡就必須要填入該名律師所有的執照和會員資格

2a. I am an accredited representative of the following qualified nonprofit religious, charitable, social service, or simliar organization established in the United States and recognized by the Department of Justice in accordance with 8 CFR part 1292: 如果你委任的不是律師而是受美國司法部合法認可的非政府組織代表者才需勾選這項

2b. Name of Recognized Organization: 填入該非政府組織的名稱

2c. Date of Accreditation: 填入該非政府組織被美國司法部認可的日期

3. I am associated with...the attorney or accredited representative of record who previously filed Form G-28 in this case, and my appearance as an attorney or accredited representative for a limited purpose is at his or her request: 如果你在申請綠卡時或過去已經有委任其他律師或非政府組織代表者，你打算再委任一名律師協助你處理你的案件的一些特定事項時才需填寫

說明: 例如你已經委任律師處理你的移民案件，基本上你跟律師的委任契約只會涉及到移民案件的處理，但是在等待的綠卡過程中你不小心犯了交通違規案件，你打算並請專門處理交通違規案件的律師去幫你 clear up 你的違規紀錄以避免影響你的綠卡審批時，就需要勾選這個選項

4a. I am a law school student or law graduate working under the direct supervision of the attorney or accredited representative of record on this form in accordance with the requirements in 8 CFR 292.1(a)(2): 如果你委託的是在事務所實習的法學院學生或已畢業但尚未考取律師資格的法務才需要勾選這項

說明: 1a.-3b. 是要針對律師或非政府組織代表做利益衝突調查，因為有些人在從事律師或代表前曾經在美國涉及移民的相關公部門擔任過公職

1a. 曾經在美國公民及移民服務局(USCIS)擔任過公職者

1b. 如果在擔任該公職期間曾審理或接觸過申請人的案件則必需填入該案件收據編號

2a. 曾經在美國移民及海關執法局(ICE)擔任過公職者

2b. 如果在擔任該公職期間曾審理或接觸過申請人的案件則必需填入該案件收據編號

3a. 曾經在美國海關及邊境保衛局(CBP)擔任過公職者

3b. 如果在擔任該公職期間曾審理或接觸過申請人的案件則必需填入該案件收據編號

4. Receipt Number: 填入案件的收據編號
